2023 Congressional Awards Reception

The National Kidney Foundation's annual Congressional Awards Reception honors outstanding Congressional champions in the fight against kidney disease, as well as bestowing the Patient Advocacy Award, given to an individual who has persevered and triumphed to make a difference in the lives of kidney patients in his/her community. 

This year, we are excited to host the Reception in person for the first time since 2019. This year's event will be held in the Congressional and Senate ballrooms of Washington DC's Capital Hilton on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. 

The reception will be held in conjunction with the NKF's Kidney Patient Summit, where kidney patients and living donors from around the country will meet with their representatives to discuss the issues and policies that affect their lives.
