Michelle Horne Award of Excellence

As a transplant recipient, Michelle Horne was an inspiration to all those in the Wichita community. Michelle's uniquely generous spirit was always available to share her experience and to offer comfort and friendship to all those in need. Her fight against kidney disease brought critical awareness to the needs of patients. The community she fostered continues to build a network of support for patients at every stage of their journey.
