KNOW BEFORE YOU GO…
Your safety and well-being continue to be at the forefront of our planning efforts. We have implemented a number of precautions based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), individual states, and venue policies.
There are a few key things to know before arriving at an NKF event and they include:
COVID-19 WARNING
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, people with underlying medical conditions and older adults are especially vulnerable.
By attending, I expressly warrant that:
  • I will indemnify and hold the NKF harmless from any and all claims of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to, this fundraising initiative.
  • I acknowledge an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. • I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
